Today’s log, November 13th(day 2)
INTAKE:
breakfast- 2xyogurt,non fat(205)+milk(60)
lunch- 2x slice of cheese(140)+butternut,raw(45)
dinner- fat free frozen yogurt(260)
=total 715. Still too much but at least I walked A LOT!!
OUTAKE-
walking- 6 hours!-821 calories burned.
NET: -106
from now on- I have to be in minus EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!
