I burned 900 calories at the gym,ate 700(chicken schniztel,cheese,soya milk and yogurt). So the net is( -200).:D I ran for 40 minutes,and did cross training for an hour.
I know it’s probably cannot be,but after just 2 days in the gym I feel like I already lost a lot of fat. Yesterday and the day before I had a defict of -3000-which means almost 1 pound lost!today also a defict of about 1500…
FINALLY!!!PAYED FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP NEAR MY DORMS,AND IT IS SOOOO COOL AND AMAZING THERE,THEY EVEN HAVE A HUGE POOL!!CALORIES BURNING LIKE CRAZY-HERE I COME!!:DD
breakfast- 2 tomatoes-40
lunch- chicken breast+cup of rice and corn(400)
walking for 2 hours(around 300)
tomorrow-MINUS!!!!I am planning on long run and that step machine!:D
Just hope that I will not turn to another binge because of this.It sucks.

I never got hitted by so many guys when i was in 130-140 pounds.
Being below 130 makes all the difference.Damn. At least having an ED worth something.
