TODAY was a good day.
I burned 900 calories at the gym,ate 700(chicken schniztel,cheese,soya milk and yogurt). So the net is( -200).:D I ran for 40 minutes,and did cross training for an hour. I know it’s probably cannot be,but after just 2 days in the gym I feel like I already lost a lot of fat. Today's log, November 13th(day 2)
INTAKE: breakfast- 2xyogurt,non fat(205)+milk(60) lunch- 2x slice of cheese(140)+butternut,raw(45) dinner- fat free frozen yogurt(260) =total 715. Still too much but at least I walked A LOT!! OUTAKE- walking- 6 hours!-821 calories burned. NET: -106 from now on- I have to be in minus EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!

Guys,seriously,what is REALLY better?
Spend your calorie budget(500) on junk food you crave and love,like chocolate, or to eat healthy but boring and disgusting food like non fat cheese and veggies??? Cause I tried both ways….The junk seem to make me binge more often, but also does the restricting all the no-no foods…!:/?

So..10/11/2011 INTAKE breakfast:Tuna in water can- 105,Tomato-22,Hummus,tbsp-35 lunch: Chicken schnitzel- 328 ,Cottage cheese-163 dinner:5 carrots-125 = 778 OUTAKE Walking for 140 minutes-405 calories NET- 373 A lot of food…but I am gradually will be back to my 400 limit soon!!

It's time.To stop. And make my way back to Ana.
Only 3 weeks left until I leave Germany and come back home.I already started to eat only 700 for now,combined with daily bike riding(God bless Germany bike-system!). Next week I want to get down to 500-600,maybe add so fasting day.I still remember that awesome feeling I had when I fasted for 3 days in August… Wish me luck,guys!!
